Starwings land Unique McLean, ex Deba

Starwings Basket Regio Basel (SBL) tabbed American 188cm guard Unique McLean (college: SFC, agency: Blacktop Management) for new season. McLean played most recently at Deba in Saudi Arabian SBL league. In 21 games he was league's fifth best scorer with impressive 24.8ppg and recorded 8.0rpg, 2.4apg and 1.8spg last season. He can count that year as a very successful as was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Saudi Arabian SBL Honorable Mention.
The previous (2021-22) season he played at Sparta where in two Luxembourg games he averaged 7.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.0apg and 1.5spg in that year.
McLean graduated from St. Francis College (NY) in 2021 and it will be his third season in pro basketball. He played also for University of Massachusetts for 3 years.
